At Ukraine Apartments, and our web site KievApartments4You.com, we are trying to our best
to make your accommodation in one of our private apartments in Ukraine as flawless as possible, that is
why we would like each customer to be familiar with our booking rules, terms and conditions,
cancellation policy and all other information which goes below.
Booking Rules
There are two types of booking depending on the amount of nights required:

In case the period of your stay is from 1 to 3 nights, we will not be able to guarantee you
the particular apartment chosen. In this case we will offer you two options:
1. If you pay the deposit for the first night of your stay, we 100% guarantee your
accommodation in the apartment of the same or better class as booked, same price range (may vary
depending on the level of the ordered apartment) and very
central location of course (as close to the ordered apartment as possible).
2. If you do not pay the deposit, we will not be able to guarantee the same class and price
range apartment and will tell you which apartments are available upon your arrival.

In case the period of your stay is 4 nights or more, we will check the availability of
requested apartment and if it is still available for the period you specify, we will send you
instructions for the payment of the deposit for the first night of your stay. You will be able to
pay the deposit either with your credit card onlin via highly secured payment processing gateway
PayPal.com or via any cash money transfer system such as WesternUnion, MoneyGram etc. As soon
as the deposit is paid, the apartment is considered to be booked. If the apartment you requested
is not available for the period you specify, we will offer you alternative variants.
Cancellation Policy
As mentioned above, in order to book a particular apartment you need to pay the deposit for
the first night of your stay. In order to get the refund in case of cancellation of your booking
you need to notify us in minimum 7 days before your expected arrival date, otherwise the deposit
is used and can not be refunded. Each cancellation is treated personally and if the booking was
made for special dates like holidays, some weekends or any other dates of interest when more
people are coming over and book accommodations (than usual), you should notify us about your
cancellation in more than 4 weeks in advance in order to get the refund.
Check-in / Check-out Policy
The official check-in time starts at 1:00pm and the official check-out time ends at 12:00pm.
If you would like to check-in earlier, there are two options:
1. In case the previos client will check-our early, we will surely be able to check you in
the apartment earlier than the official check-in time, but if the client will check-out only at 12:00,
the earliest time we will be able to check you in is 1:00pm.
2. In case you want to be 100% sure in your early check-in, please consider to book the previous
nights also.
If you would like to check-out till the 6:00pm on the day of your departure, you will be charged
half-day rate, if you would like to check-out later than 6:00pm, you will be charged full apartment
rate. Late check-out is possible if the apartment has no bookings for the day of your departure.
Meeting and transfer rules
During the booking process you may request our meeting and transfer services from the point
of your arrival (either airport or railway station or bus station etc.). You can do this either
by checking the corresponding checkbox in the booking form or by requesting this service in one of your emails
to us. We provide this service for a very reasonable price as you're our customer and we do our
best to provide the best service for the best price. Our prices are lower than the price of taxi
drivers in the airport or railway station etc, as if you're not a native Russian or Ukrainian
speaker, you get a very good chance to be overcharged and we surely do not guarantee your safety
in that case.
As soon as we get all the arrival details we guarantee that the driver with the sign with your
name on it will be waiting for you at the common place of meeting. In case for some reason you
do not see our driver with the sign with your name on it, please give us a call using any of our
phone numbers listed in the contacts section and let us know about it - we will arrange your meeting
with the driver shortly. If you have ordered the driver and we have confirmed by the email that the
driver will be there, in case you come out and take the city taxi without giving us a phonecall,
you will surely be charged full-price for our transfer services.
If you don't need our meeting and transfer services, please give us a call as soon as you pass customs
at the airport or upon your arrival to the railway station and we'll arrange your check-in from there.
If not requested by the driver or our manager in advance, you don't need to pay the driver anything except
the tip (if you want) as meeting and transfer services will be included in the total bill.
Apartments Preview
We made this website and published the most of our apartments with many real digital photos in
order for you to be able to look at the apartment where you will stay. There is full detailed
description of each apartment, location, map of each apartment and many digital photos which
100% correspond to the apartment. We made it all to avoid the real previews of apartment by your
friends, representatives and so on - this is impossible, because apartments for daily rent are
always busy and the only time when someone can come in and take a look at the apartment is when
our housemaid cleans it which is not right time to look at the apartment actually. If on any
valuable reason you will not like the apartment upon your arrival, we will change you apartment
to another one which will be available on the next day (we will tell you which apartments are
available and you will choose).
Force Majeur
There are cases sometimes when different kind of breakdowns take place in apartments: either
hot/cold water is missing, or electricity is missing or some unpredictable problems after the
last client. If such cases appear on the day of your arrival and we cannot fix them before your
arrival, we remain the right to change you apartment without informing you for another one of the
same class, same price range and as close to the reserved apartment as possible of course.
